For each child to grow up as competent and confident learners and communicators, healthy in mind, body and spirit, secure in their sense of belonging and in the knowledge that they make a valued contribution to society.
We support the belief that childhood is a unique and critical stage of life. Thus, we are dedicated to the care, nurturing and development of children, whilst providing support and respect for families. We believe that children learn and develop in an environment where they are happy and secure. Given respectful relationships and the right environment, encouragement and support children will develop holistically and naturally at their own pace.
Foundations Family Day Care Service welcomes and values educators and families involvement and participation in developing and adhering to these policies. Our policies have been framed in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011), Education and Care Services National Law Act (2010). and the National Quality Standard (NQF) Child Care Service Handbook.
